Paternity
A paternity case is the legal mechanism for establishing a child-father relationship in cases where there may be some dispute at to the unmarried father of a child. Child support and visitation may also be addressed in the juvenile courts through a paternity action. Our office offers representation to both mothers and fathers in these juvenile court matters.
Delinquency
